Email [email protected] with the app version, iPhone model, iOS version and the action that did not work. Do not send household records, identity documents, payment details or invitation links.

iCloud sharing

Use the iCloud account that received the household invitation. If acceptance was interrupted, reopen Nanny Invoice and choose Resume invitation. If access was removed by the owner, the preserved local copy becomes read-only.

Known release limits

See the current release status for features and device checks that are still in progress. The app is not yet available for public download.

Privacy

Read the privacy policy before sending a support request. Support email is not a secure channel for household or financial records.
