One shared record.

The household agreement

The same work. The same numbers. The same status.

A planned shift becomes a prefilled draft. The caregiver confirms what actually happened. A parent approves it, records payment, and the caregiver confirms receipt. Every transition stays visible.

One deliberate lifecycle

From plan to paid, without a mystery state.

Manual entry and the planned timer path produce the same actual-work record.

  1. 01

    Plan the shift

A parent or caregiver adds upcoming care to the shared calendar.

    Planned
  2. 02

    Confirm actual work

The caregiver records the real start, finish, break and kilometres.

    Draft
  3. 03

    Submit and approve

A parent approves the period or returns it with a clear correction request.

    Issued
  4. 04

    Confirm both sides of payment

The parent records payment, then the caregiver confirms it arrived.

    Paid

Designed for trusted households

Clear responsibility, shared visibility.

Version one uses app-level household roles. It does not claim tamper-proof role enforcement.

Parent

Own the arrangement and close the pay loop.

  • The owner manages members and finance settings.
  • Parent collaborators can approve timesheets.
  • Parent collaborators can record payments.

Caregiver

Record the work and confirm the outcome.

  • Create planned shifts and record their own actual work.
  • Submit a timesheet and respond to requested changes.
  • Confirm that a recorded payment was received.

Numbers that can be explained

Exact inputs. Deterministic totals. Issued history that stays issued.

Gross pay is calculated from recorded time, rates and supported kilometres. Approval creates an immutable snapshot. A later correction becomes a separate adjustment with its own submission and approval, rather than rewriting the past.

Illustrative calculation

3 h 15 m × $33.00

8.4 km × $0.98

Private by product shape

Apple-managed sharing, without a self-hosted backend.

The app is designed to keep the working copy on iPhone and share an arrangement through private iCloud records. It does not need an operator-run server to hold household care and pay data.
