A private, native iPhone app
Nanny Invoice is being built for parents and caregivers who want planned shifts, actual hours, approval and payment confirmation to agree without chasing messages or editing history.

The household agreement
A planned shift becomes a prefilled draft. The caregiver confirms what actually happened. A parent approves it, records payment, and the caregiver confirms receipt. Every transition stays visible.
One deliberate lifecycle
Manual entry and the planned timer path produce the same actual-work record.
A parent or caregiver adds upcoming care to the shared calendar.
The caregiver records the real start, finish, break and kilometres.
A parent approves the period or returns it with a clear correction request.
The parent records payment, then the caregiver confirms it arrived.
Designed for trusted households
Version one uses app-level household roles. It does not claim tamper-proof role enforcement.

Numbers that can be explained
Gross pay is calculated from recorded time, rates and supported kilometres. Approval creates an immutable snapshot. A later correction becomes a separate adjustment with its own submission and approval, rather than rewriting the past.
Illustrative calculation
Private by product shape
The app is designed to keep the working copy on iPhone and share an arrangement through private iCloud records. It does not need an operator-run server to hold household care and pay data.
Two products, clearly separated
Built carefully, released honestly
