Release status
Build 7 is in internal TestFlight. Real-device release testing remains open.
The reviewed source and caregiver portal are deployed, and build 7 is available to the internal smoke-test group. Nanny Invoice is not yet available on the App Store.
Implemented and covered by automated tests

- Owner arrangement deletion, participant leaving and confirmed member revocation.
- Protected local snapshots, role-specific invitations, invitation acceptance, shared-database routing and offline recovery.
- Automated accessibility checks for setup and the calendar in light and dark modes, including next-action and live-timer values.
- 105 automated checks on the current source: 104 passed and the opt-in physical iCloud check skipped.
- The caregiver portal passed all 27 automated checks, including strict shared-snapshot validation.
- Version 1.0 build 7 passed App Store distribution export, was processed as valid by Apple and is active for internal TestFlight testing.
Built, but still needs end-to-end device proof
- Invitation acceptance, shared reads and writes across two real Apple accounts and devices.
- Role binding, owner revocation and reconnect recovery under real iCloud conditions.
- The caregiver browser route is published in a setup-required state without a token. Apple Account access, browser reads, writes and revocation still need exact-origin configuration and real-device proof.
- VoiceOver, reduced-motion and touch-target checks on a physical iPhone.
Required before a public version-one release
- A two-account, two-device iCloud sharing canary with invitation, shared writes, revocation and recovery.

- Final App Store privacy disclosures matched to the uploaded binary.
- An internal TestFlight installation smoke test for build 7, followed by Beta App Review before external testers receive it.
- Final pricing, availability and release approval by the owner.
Version-one boundaries
Employee mode stops at hours, gross pay, payment records and year-to-date gross totals. The app will not calculate withholding, employer contributions or net pay, file taxes, move money, send payroll emails or claim broad multi-country compliance. Each household remains responsible for professional advice and external payment.
